Las Vegas Sands Corp. reported third-quarter 2026 results on Oct. 21, showing declines in revenue and property EBITDA as management cited softer high-end demand in Singapore and Macao. The company continued share repurchases and approved a higher recurring dividend while maintaining long-term investment plans in Asia.
Quarter Results and Property Performance
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, Las Vegas Sands reported net revenue of $3.22 billion, down from $3.33 billion a year earlier. Consolidated adjusted property EBITDA fell to $1.12 billion from $1.34 billion, while operating income declined to $618 million from $719 million. Net income was $352 million, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at $0.48.
Management said high-end demand was weaker in both Singapore and Macao, which negatively affected the results. At the property level, Marina Bay Sands generated adjusted property EBITDA of $590 million, which would have been about $594 million without a $4 million rolling-play hold effect. Sands China produced $529 million in adjusted property EBITDA, or roughly $518 million excluding an $11 million favorable rolling-play hold effect.
Sands China’s share of Macao mass-gaming revenue reached 26.1% for the quarter, its strongest performance since the fourth quarter of 2023.
Capital Returns and Investment Plans
The company repurchased $950 million of common stock during the quarter, representing about 21 million shares at a weighted-average price of $45.31. It paid a recurring quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share and its board approved a 20% increase to $0.36 per share quarterly, or $1.44 annually, starting in the first quarter of 2027.
Capital expenditures totaled $281 million, including $154 million in Macao, $121 million at Marina Bay Sands, and $6 million in corporate and other spending. Despite softer premium demand, management said it will continue its long-term investment plans in Singapore and Macao. As of Sept. 30, 2026, Las Vegas Sands owned 75.6% of Sands China.
