Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) and Eli Lilly (LLY) announced on November 6, 2026, an agreement giving eligible patients access to FDA-approved Lilly obesity medicines Zepbound and Foundayo through the Hims & Hers platform at self-pay prices, with prescriptions shipped after an online consultation.

Agreement Expands Access and Pricing

The companies described the deal as an access and distribution collaboration in a news release from Indianapolis. Eligible patients can complete a consultation on the platform, and if a licensed provider approves treatment, the prescribed medicine ships directly to their homes without leaving the platform.

Self-pay prices start at $149 per month for Foundayo and $299 per month for Zepbound, matching the prices available to patients outside the Hims & Hers platform. This arrangement creates a direct-to-consumer channel for Lilly’s obesity medicines on Hims & Hers’ consumer platform.

Product Labels and Clinical Safeguards

Zepbound contains tirzepatide and is an injectable medicine, while Foundayo contains orforglipron and is an oral tablet taken once daily. Both are FDA-approved for adults with obesity and certain adults with overweight and weight-related medical problems to lose and maintain weight. Zepbound also carries an indication for moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity.

Both medicines carry thyroid-tumor warnings and should not be used with other glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) medicines. Zepbound should not be combined with other tirzepatide-containing products. Hims & Hers has never offered compounded copies of Lilly’s GLP-1 medicines and has committed not to do so going forward. Providers on the platform retain independent clinical decision-making and prescribe treatments they determine appropriate for each patient.
