Crocs, Inc. (CROX) raised its full-year revenue and earnings guidance for the third consecutive time after reporting stronger sales and a return to growth at HEYDUDE on Oct. 29, 2026. Management cited international demand and product diversification as key drivers behind the improved outlook.
Quarterly Results and Guidance
Crocs reported third-quarter consolidated revenue of $1,042.6 million, a 4.6% increase year over year on both reported and constant-currency bases. Adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose to $3.69. The company raised its full-year enterprise revenue growth forecast to approximately 3% versus 2025, up from prior guidance of 1% to 2%. Full-year adjusted diluted EPS guidance was set between $14.45 and $14.65, based on currency rates as of Oct. 26, 2026.
Management also provided full-year and fourth-quarter targets, including a full-year adjusted operating margin above 22.5%, a fourth-quarter margin near 20.5%, an adjusted effective tax rate around 18%, and capital expenditures between $70 million and $80 million. For the fourth quarter, the company projects consolidated revenue growth of 7% to 9%, Crocs Brand revenue up 6% to 8%, and HEYDUDE revenue rising 10% to 12%, with adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $3.25 to $3.45.
Brand Momentum and Capital Returns
Crocs Brand revenue reached $872.7 million in the quarter, up approximately 4.4% year over year. Management attributed this growth to stronger international demand and product diversification. HEYDUDE returned to growth with revenue of $169.9 million, a 6.1% increase year over year and 6.2% excluding currency effects. Andrew Rees, Crocs chief executive, said, “HEYDUDE revenues grew 6%, marking an important milestone as we delivered on our commitment stated earlier in the year to return the brand to growth.”
Adjusted gross margin expanded to 60.3% from 58.5% a year earlier. Operating income rose to $291.9 million from $207.7 million, while GAAP diluted EPS increased to $4.52 from $2.70 in the prior-year quarter. Management noted that a tariff refund benefited GAAP earnings.
During the quarter, Crocs repurchased approximately 2.0 million shares for $250 million. The combination of margin expansion, the tariff refund, and share buybacks reflects management’s increased confidence in near-term performance and a focus on returning capital to shareholders.
