Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) disclosed its headquarters relocation to Miami in the annual report released on Feb. 17, 2026, listing a new principal executive office in Aventura, Florida. The move prompted Colorado officials to seek meetings and assess potential impacts on local jobs.
Annual Report Registers Miami Address
Palantir’s annual report lists its principal executive office at 19505 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2350, Aventura, Florida, about 20 miles north of Miami. The prior address was 518 17th St., Denver, Colorado. The company confirmed the relocation with a brief post on X, stating, “We have moved our headquarters to Miami, Florida.”
This marks Palantir’s second headquarters move in six years, following its 2020 relocation from Palo Alto, California, to Denver. CEO Alex Karp praised Colorado’s pragmatic business climate in 2022, and the company explored office space in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood in fall 2025. Meanwhile, co-founder Peter Thiel opened a Founders Fund office in Miami in December 2025.
Financials, Workforce, and Local Response
For the full year 2025, Palantir reported net income of $1.6 billion on $4.5 billion in revenue, up from $462.2 million on $2.9 billion in 2024. More than half of its revenue came from government contracts, including $1.9 billion from the U.S. government.
At the end of 2025, Palantir employed 4,429 full-time workers, with 28% based outside the U.S. This compares with 2,439 employees and 36% outside the U.S. at the time of the 2020 headquarters move. Colorado Governor Jared Polis estimated the relocation could affect about 600 direct and indirect jobs and requested a meeting with company executives. The Denver mayor’s office said it had advance notice of the move and described the local workforce tied to Palantir as limited.
The filing’s larger profit and concentration of government customers provide investors with concrete metrics as Palantir establishes its new executive base in Miami.
