Concentrix earnings, reported on Sept. 29, 2026, combined record third-quarter operating cash flow and a higher quarterly dividend with a large noncash goodwill impairment that produced a GAAP loss and prompted a trimmed revenue outlook.
Quarter Results and Profitability
Concentrix (CNXC) reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2,453.7 million for the quarter ended Aug. 31, 2026, down 1.2% year over year on a reported basis and 0.5% in constant currency, the company said in its investor-relations release.
Non-GAAP operating income was $309 million, with a 12.6% operating margin, up 30 basis points year over year. Adjusted EBITDA reached $363 million, a 14.8% margin, also up 30 basis points. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 5% to $2.92 from the prior-year quarter. The company said it exceeded profitability guidance for the quarter.
Goodwill Charge and Outlook
The company’s Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed a $1.05 billion noncash goodwill impairment. On a GAAP basis, Concentrix recorded an operating loss of $910.3 million and a net loss of $988.1 million.
Cash provided by operating activities totaled $268.2 million, while adjusted free cash flow was $218.3 million, both records for a third quarter, the release said. The company also raised its quarterly dividend.
Management revised fiscal-year 2026 targets, setting revenue guidance between $9.827 billion and $9.877 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance from $10.97 to $11.09. Adjusted free cash flow is projected at $630 million to $650 million, with debt reduction exceeding $550 million for the year.
More than half of revenue now comes from business generated in the past three years, driven by newer AI-enabled services, transformed client programs, and risk-and-compliance offerings, according to earnings materials.
The combination of a large noncash impairment and a trimmed revenue outlook alongside stronger-than-guided non-GAAP results, record cash generation, and a dividend increase leaves near-term earnings trajectory and execution on debt reduction and capital returns as key considerations for investors assessing the company’s next steps.
