Bloom Energy earnings are in focus as traders test the 200-day moving average and a critical support band while the stock swings after a sharp drawdown, following strong Q1 revenue growth and an April guidance raise.

Earnings Estimates and Technical Trading Signals

Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE: BE) is set to report its second quarter of fiscal 2026 after the market close on Tuesday, July 28 (ET). Analysts expect earnings per share (EPS) around $0.39 to $0.41 and revenue between $766 million and $827 million, implying year-over-year sales growth near 90% to 105%.

The company’s first quarter showed revenue of $751.1 million, up about 130% year over year, with product revenue rising roughly 208%. GAAP gross margin was 30.0%, operating income reached $72.2 million, net income attributable to common stockholders was $70.7 million (GAAP EPS $0.23), and adjusted non-GAAP EPS was $0.44.

In April, management raised full-year 2026 guidance to revenue of $3.4 billion to $3.8 billion, non-GAAP operating income of $600 million to $750 million, and non-GAAP EPS of $1.85 to $2.25. Analyst consensus places full-year EPS near $2.10 and revenue around $3.72 billion.

Traders and technical analysts are focused on the 200-day moving average as a key long-term support level, currently near $186.84, and a broader support band from the mid-$170s to mid-$180s. Options desks monitor an $182 to $187 window, with stop levels around $174 to $175 and initial resistance in the $200 to $215 range. Elevated options activity and a bullish order-flow “Power Inflow” alert indicate concentrated institutional and retail positioning ahead of the earnings report.

Despite a sectorwide pullback that accelerated on July 24, Bloom Energy shares remain more than 100% higher year to date but about 47% below a 52-week high of $351.28. Market commentary attributes the recent correction mainly to profit-taking and a crowded AI-power trade rather than company-specific news.

The upcoming second-quarter report will serve as a near-term test of management’s raised guidance and margin targets. Results that align with expectations could influence post-earnings positioning among traders and options market participants.
