Apple Inc. on Oct. 13, 2026, unveiled Apple HomeView, a smart-home hub that integrates Siri AI with a touch display for device control, FaceTime, and home monitoring as the company expands its AI and connected-home offerings.

HomeView Features and AI Integration

HomeView starts at $299 in the United States for both the tabletop and wall-mounted models. The tabletop version features a 7-inch Liquid Retina display housed in an aluminum frame with a stainless-steel hinge connecting the screen to a domed speaker base. It is available in silver, starlight, rose pink, and space gray.

Apple said HomeView is powered by Apple Intelligence and includes a more conversational Siri with onscreen awareness, personal context, and broader knowledge. Users can control compatible cameras, thermostats, lights, locks, and blinds by touch or voice. The device supports music, FaceTime calls, video, photo viewing, home monitoring, and hands-free automations.

Face recognition supports up to six people, adapting access to personal content in Messages, FaceTime, Calendar, Reminders, and Find My. Apple described HomeView as “designed to be central to the home and personal to everyone in it.”

Availability and Accessory Ecosystem

Pre-orders opened Oct. 13 in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, and New Zealand. HomeView will be available starting Nov. 13 in these markets. Singapore pre-orders begin Oct. 15 at 9 a.m. Singapore time, and sales in South Africa will occur through Apple Authorized Resellers.

Apple also introduced the Apple Home Collection, developed with LG Electronics and Schneider Electric. The lineup includes indoor and outdoor cameras, thermostats, temperature sensors, a video doorbell, and a door lock. These accessories can be set up with one tap on an iPhone and managed through the Apple Home app without requiring a separate app or account. Each accessory is encrypted end-to-end within Apple Home, limiting access to users and authorized individuals.

The Home Collection will begin arriving in December, with selected products planned for early 2027. Schneider Home mounts include a Power Mount USB-C Wall Connector starting at $59.95, a Power Mount AC Wired at $79.95, and a Power Mount PoE Wired expected in early 2027 at $129.95.

Apple will not sell HomeView in the European Union because Siri AI is currently unavailable in iOS there.

Apple positions HomeView as a central home device and the Home Collection as an expanding accessory ecosystem, using on-device personalization and encryption to integrate entertainment, communications, and core home functions into its broader AI strategy.
