Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE) on April 20, 2026, at Adobe Summit unveiled Adobe AI Solutions, a suite of agentic tools designed to automate marketing and content supply chains across Adobe Experience Platform applications and deepen enterprise workflows at scale.
Agentic AI Product Launches and Enterprise Scale
Adobe introduced Adobe CX Enterprise, an end-to-end agentic AI system that simplifies customer lifecycle management from acquisition to loyalty by coordinating AI agents across Adobe and third-party ecosystems through the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, the company said at its keynote.
Adobe Brand Intelligence is a continuously learning engine that enforces brand identity from inputs such as review feedback, annotations, rejections, and approvals. This intelligence is accessible to AI agents to guide content production, the company said.
The company expanded GenStudio into an agentic content supply chain linking enterprise context, brand intelligence, and AI agents across planning, creation, activation, delivery, reporting, and insights. Integrations include cross-team agents in Workfront, Firefly Creative Production for an Enterprise Workflow Builder, GenStudio for Content Marketing that converts documents and videos into campaigns with performance insights, and ChatGPT Ads support through an OpenAI partnership, according to a press release.
Adobe also detailed a Brand Visibility Solution that extends Adobe Experience Manager with a contextual layer for AI agents. The package includes an Adobe large language model (LLM) Optimizer, commerce enhancements for catalog enrichment and AI-ready product pages, Brand Concierge updates for conversational checkout, and LLM Apps for branded experiences operating on a sense-generate-reach-learn flywheel.
On April 15, Adobe announced the Firefly AI Assistant, a creative agent for multi-step workflows across Creative Cloud that integrates with Frame.io and third-party models such as Anthropic Claude.
Adobe said it is broadening its agentic ecosystem with agency partners including Omnicom, Publicis, and WPP, alongside technology firms, to scale workflows. The Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator powers over 1 trillion experiences annually. More than 20,000 global brands have built businesses on Adobe platforms.
Looking ahead, Adobe expects a "Coworker" capability within CX Enterprise to reach general availability in the coming months. Its agents are designed to evolve to reason, plan, execute, and iterate across end-to-end workflows and interoperate with other systems.
Varun Parmar, general manager of Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise, said, "Adobe is giving businesses the tools to optimize their content supply chains by unifying brand intelligence, agentic automation and AI-driven workflows."
