Non-GAAP earnings per share for the quarter were $0.07, beating estimates of $0.06, while adjusted operating income was $15.5 million, representing a 5.7% margin.

Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) as of January 31, 2026 rose 22.0% year-over-year to $1,119.1 million. The company reported 1,667 customers with ARR above $100,000, an 18.0% increase, reflecting growth in subscription-scale accounts.

Guidance Reflects Caution on Near-Term Profitability

SentinelOne forecasted first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue around $277 million, with the midpoint in line with analyst expectations. However, the company disclosed that its first-quarter adjusted EPS guidance fell below Wall Street estimates.

For the full fiscal year 2027, SentinelOne set an adjusted EPS midpoint of $0.35, exceeding analyst consensus by about 17.5%.
